The Quality Department
performs First Articles, In-Process operations, verifies material,
plating, heat treat, passivation, certifications to Customer requirements.
Any product sent to an outside source will be verified that dimensions are
to print, or in-process tolerance before releasing the product. Final
Inspection if performed to Customer requirements. A Final Inspection is
based on a sample plan MIL-STD-105E or by the Customer provided sampling
plan. All print dimensions are verified.
