C & S Machine Products, Inc., a privately-held company, specializes in ultra precision machining of complex custom components. Our services range from product development to prototype to production.
We have been serving customers within the aerospace, defense, medical, firearms, and other commercial applications since 1966.
We operate from two separate plants. Our main plant is 24,000 square feet and our second plant is 12,000 square feet. We generate sales over $10-12 million dollars annually.
We use the Toyota business system “Policy Deployment” as our guide for continuous improvement.
The tools we use to compete within the global economy include worker efficiency, policy deployment, lean organization, cellular manufacturing, continuous flow manufacturing, automation, and a certified apprentice training program.
Our niche is contract manufacturing for the industry’s most difficult parts to produce. Our systems have been designed for sub micron tolerance requirements.
