C & S Machine Products, Inc. has an established, documented, and implemented Quality Management System. Continual improvements are made to the system to ensure its effectiveness within the requirements of the international ISO 9001:2008/AS 9100:2004 standards. In September 2011, we received Nadcap certification for nonconventional machining. Our Quality Management System guides and fosters our efforts of customer satisfaction, as well as the quality and reliability of our products, processes, and services. This is achieved by our continuing initiatives to improve the quality and reliability of our products, operating effectiveness, and manufacturing equipment. Continual improvement is measured against goals and objectives. Policy Deployment / Lean Manufacturing is the main tool we use.
