Our niche in the market place is small to medium run sizes of complex components requiring extreme process control for adherence to ultra precision print requirements. Our systems shine the brightest when our customers’ requirements are very difficult. Approximately 50% of our finished product has print requirements with tolerance less than .50 millionth of an inch. Typical complex part configurations may require turning, milling, heat treat, grinding, EDM, honing, lapping, testing, and assemble.
