Apprenticeship Program

At C&S Machine, our commitment to employee growth and development is a cornerstone of our success. Our certified Apprenticeship Program, certified by the Michigan Department of Labor, plays a crucial role in achieving this goal.

What is an apprenticeship?

What exactly is an apprenticeship? It’s a comprehensive training program designed to equip employees with valuable skills that lead to long-lasting and fulfilling careers.

Announcement of The Michael Stowe Apprenticeship Program

Mike Stowe, after many dedicated years with C&S. As one of our very first apprentices to graduate from our Apprenticeship Program, Mike has been a cornerstone of our team’s success and growth. From his early days as an eager apprentice, Mike’s commitment to excellence, professionalism, and teamwork has been an inspiration to us all. Over the years, he not only mastered his craft but also became a mentor to countless others, embodying the values and vision of C&S in everything he did.

We are also thrilled to share that, in honor of Mike’s extraordinary career and his lasting contributions to our company, we will be renaming our Apprenticeship Program as “The Michael Stowe Apprenticeship Program.” This is a fitting tribute to the legacy Mike has built and the example he has set for all future apprentices.
