3rd Shift CNC Machinist
C&S Machine is hiring a 3rd Shift CNC Machinist to support production and deliver high-quality aerospace parts.
In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for keeping machines running efficiently and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
C&S offers a 3rd shift premium of $45 per shift/day.
What you’ll do:
- Set up, run, and monitor CNC machines to keep production moving
- Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
- Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications
- Track production and maintain basic records
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform the physical tasks of the role

Requirements
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred
- Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Understanding of production procedures
- Commitment to health and safety practices, including proper use of protective gear
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
